the staff were very helpful they were also quite friendly. the bed provided comfort during my nights. i also found the shower provided a class experience after my outings.
the room had a window that could not open more than two centimeters. this limited fresh air flow. the toiletries provided were quite basic and did not meet my expectations.

I appreciated the convenient location near vondel park and leidsplein. Transportation to the city center and airport was simple. the hotel provided useful bus information. i enjoyed the treats offered upon arrival and considered it very hospitable. the room's facilities and architecture were great. I would definitely stay again due to the difficult-to-find room sizes.
i found that sometimes the room got a little cold at night because of the bad insulation.

the breakfast had english breakfast options, however the flavors could be improved to be above average. the hotel offers breakfast with bike rentals as additional amenities. i enjoyed breakfast, it would be great if there were olives and pancakes.

The location was pretty good. It was close enough to where i needed to be.
the room i got felt cramped. there was barely any space around the bed, and the overall cleanliness seemed questionable. i found dust in the hallways, and a fire alarm went off at 6am. it was a false alarm but disrupted our sleep and ruined the following day.

Breakfast included a good assortment of choices. The staff were friendly, especially when I requested a softer pillow. The room had a comfortable large bed.
My room was near the outside doors and reception. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke if I had the window open. The shower seemed dated. The tap in the bathroom was leaking and made a puddle.
